Since this is our first time in Europe, we figured it would be best
if we followed a tour first; since we had no idea where to go or what to see. The
good thing about joining a tour is that you get to see all the highlights, but
the bad part is, everything feels like it's in a rush. But that's to be expected
with so little time and so many places and countries to visit.
e started in London and pretty much followed
the route on the map. At the end, we finished up in the City of Lights, Paris.

o why did we choose to go to Europe? Well, for
one obvious reason: neither of us had been there before, and we wanted to see
what it's like. And to visit my grandmother, whom I haven't seen for a very long
time. She lives in Rennes, France, which is about 200 or so miles
northwest of Paris. So at the end of the tour, we stayed an extra day and took the TGV (the high
speed train as seen in Mission Impossible) to Rennes. Riding the TGV isn't
too exciting without being chased by a helicopter! But it sure beats driving
200+ miles.
